Refund and Return Policy
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a 1 to 1 exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received. You must also make sure you still have the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned & exchanged. Perishable goods such as casing fans, LED strips, mouse pads, woven bags,s and T-shirts cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable and deemed fit by Sawada Technology sdn bhd)
- The cause of damage cannot be proved by either customer or seller
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will communicate to you through an email or whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within 14 days
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Promotional items (if applicable)
- All items included under promotion are sold as-is and are not covered by the store’s standard warranty.
- These items are discounted in order to provide you with great value, but please note that they are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of defective merchandise.
- The store is not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from the use of these promotional items.
- These terms and conditions apply to all items included under promotion and are in addition to the store’s standard terms and conditions for all purchases.
- By purchasing any of the items included in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand that you are purchasing these items at your own risk.
- The store reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or Whatsapp at 019-9899590 and send your item to:

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to Lot 1649B, Jalan Sultan Omar, 20300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over MYR 3,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and use your best effort to wrap. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
MyIou Installment Payment Method
- For customers using MY-IOU as a payment method, any suspicious order will immediately be canceled.
Sawadatech has the right to replace the product(s) of the same category upon the unavailability of a product.
- If a product replacement has a price change, Sawadatech has the right to request for additional amount from the customer, according to the item’s price.
- If a customer does not agree with the above policy, the customer may choose to be refunded and a refund can only be done by MY IOU and not by Sawada Technology Sdn Bhd.
- For PC, a refund can be requested before the PC assembly process starts, and for components before the product, preparation is done.
- Once items purchased via the MY IOU payment method have gone through assembly (for PC) & product preparation (for components), refund from customer for the purchase is no longer valid.
